“ Keegan Was Very Nice I Loved He Showed Love To Me And My Daughter ”
“ I ordered through Doordash and ordered 2 triple steak burgers...they were perfect! I also ordered 4 bowls of chili and they were good...but I noticed that it no longer has meat...I buy it in the grocery store and it has meat...I used to buy it from them and it had meat! The "meat" has been replaced by an abundance of kidney beans...good...not the same! Unless you are avoiding "meat"... don't order. Food was hot and delicious. My only disappointment was the chili. Doordash *ACTUALLY* did a good job this time...Go figure... . Thank you Tristan H! ”
“ Got a western burger combo with cheese sauce as well as a double steak burger with fries. Came out hot and fresh, which you could tell from the steam. Everyone knows steak and shake fries are not the most favorable, but with how hot they were and the cheese sauce, I ate every single fry. Perfect for a quick, inexpensive, bite. I must add how clean it is in here! Bathrooms smelled great and were also clean. ”
“ I love the food. But I do have to say the service is nonexistent. They are in a retirement area. You have to use a kiosk to order , and then to get a drink, you need to scan your receipt. I've never seen more than 4 couples in there at a time. The last time I was in there a couple was talking to me about how dead it was, and it was because of the technology the people in the area just don't want to use it. They want the personal service that comes with people. ”
“ It was my 1st time here. Hamburgers were good and the shakes were good. We had an issue and the Manager Brittany was so nice and quickly rectified it. Steak' n Shake in the Villages are lucky to have an employee like Brittany that really cares about the customer and the establishment. ”

“ My family of four (4) had dinner here when arrived only had 4 employees working. We were instructed to order at the kiosk, pay and then sit down at the table the dine in area was clean and so where the bathrooms. We waited about 15 minutes for food it came out hot and fresh. The Milkshakes were delicious! Exactly how we ordered our food. I appreciate the two employees that were still there when we left I thank them for coming in today and working their shift nowadays it isn't easy working short staff but they were rock stars! ”
